Every saga has a beginning.
To get started with BroadNet's communication systems, you'll need to set up subscriptions for your organisation. BroadNet currently offers two types of subscription:
In the BroadNet portal, head to the Subscriptions section.
In the Subscriptions section, scroll down to your Current Allowance.
This section details how many subscriptions of each type you currently have active. If you're first starting out, these will display NONE.
To set up subscriptions, select 'Click to Start' on the subscription type you want to set up, and head to the next section that corresponds with that subscription type.
Each PTT subscription will require a SIM card with a data plan from any mobile network.
Enter the total number of PTT subscriptions you require, then click Setup Payments.
In the window that appears, you will now be given the option to set the number of CSN subscriptions you require (one for each handset/terminal you want to be connected to the network).
For each CSN subscription, BroadNet will send a CSN SIM card. These SIM cards allow access to the CSN network. For more information on setting up CSN functionality, see Critical Services Network Setup.
Enter the total number of CSN subscriptions you require, then click Setup Payments.
Please fill in this form and then click 'Save CSN Delivery Details'.
At BroadNet we value your security, and do not store any card details - all payment handling is done through Stripe.
Once your payment has been completed and processed, your Current Allowance should update to reflect your new subscription totals.
Now you have your subscriptions set up, you may also want to look at:
